Robert is a structural engineer with more than 16 years’ experience designing, assessing and delivering buildings in the United Kingdom, United States and Israel. Originally from London, he has worked for leading international and Israeli engineering practices, including Ramboll, Heyne Tillett Steel, Waterman, Jacobs, Veev and Kedmor.

His experience spans residential, commercial, mixed-use and technically complex projects. He has worked across all stages of design and construction, from early structural strategy and detailed analysis through to design review, site inspections and the resolution of construction-stage challenges.

Robert has particular expertise in reinforced-concrete buildings, finite-element analysis, structural optimisation and the assessment of existing structures. He also has extensive experience designing with structural steel, masonry and composite construction. His approach combines rigorous engineering analysis with a practical understanding of design coordination, buildability and construction on site.

Throughout his career, Robert has worked at the forefront of BIM and digital engineering. He is a strong advocate for coordinated 3D design, intelligent automation and closer collaboration between disciplines. These methods help resolve complex interfaces earlier, improve the quality of design information and reduce avoidable issues during construction.

Robert is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in the United Kingdom, a Professional Engineer licensed in North Carolina, a Structural Engineer licensed in Illinois and a Registered Engineer in Israel. He holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds.
