Ferris Structural Engineers provides independent property condition surveys for English-speaking and international buyers purchasing homes in Israel. Each survey is carried out and reported to an international standard, giving clients a clear and impartial assessment of the property before they commit to the purchase.

Every inspection is carried out by Robert Ferris. Originally from London, Robert is a UK Chartered & US Licensed Structural Engineer. He has more than 16 years’ experience designing and inspecting buildings in the UK, United States and Israel, and is an expert in reinforced-concrete buildings, which comprise the majority of residential buildings in Israel.

The survey assesses the condition of the structure and building fabric. It also includes high-level checks of selected accessible electrical fittings, plumbing fixtures and air-conditioning units. Defects, deterioration and matters requiring repair, further investigation or specialist advice are identified in the report.

Clients receive a comprehensive report in clear, practical English. This is followed by a Zoom consultation with Robert to discuss the findings and answer questions directly. Clients can then make their decision with a clear understanding of the property, the significant issues and their implications.
