This 15-storey mixed-use development comprises of a single storey deep basement, two stories of commerical and office space and a 12 storey residential tower.

The frame was of reinforced concrete, flat-slab construction and founded on piles. The basement retaining wall was a combination of sheet piles and secant piles.

The front of the building featured a 4m long cantilever transfer slab, which supported the residential tower, and a concrete Vierendeel truss to reduce slab deflections.
